Overview

The Cradlepoint S750 is a semi-ruggedized, cloud-managed LTE router for light industrial, IoT and portable deployments. This TAA-compliant U.S. Federal Government SKU pairs the S750 hardware (Cat 4, 150 Mbps, without Wi-Fi) with a 5-year Ericsson NetCloud IoT Essentials Plan. It has a dual-SIM Cat 4 modem, two switchable Gigabit Ethernet ports, active multi-constellation GNSS, a 9-33 VDC input with ignition sensing, and an IP30 aluminum housing tested to vehicle, rail and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration standards.

The Ericsson Cradlepoint S750 is the wired-plus-LTE member of the S700 Series. It is a semi-ruggedized, cloud-managed router built for light industrial, IoT and portable applications where security is a foundational requirement. This part number, TAA-TB05-0750C4D-NA, is the TAA-compliant ordering option for the U.S. Federal Government. It bundles the S750 in its Cat 4 (150 Mbps) configuration without Wi-Fi together with a 5-year NetCloud IoT Essentials Plan.

Connectivity comes from an embedded Cat 4 LTE modem, rated at 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink peak. The modem has dual 4FF SIM slots with SIM-based auto-carrier selection, 2x2 MIMO and two SMA cellular antenna connectors. LTE bands cover B2, B4, B5, B12, B13, B14, B66 and B71. The modem holds AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon network operator certifications, along with FirstNet Trusted, T-Mobile Connecting Heroes and Verizon Frontline public safety certifications. Two 1 GbE RJ45 ports are LAN/WAN switchable, and a USB 2.0 Type A port handles expansion. Active GNSS supports GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo for asset tracking and geofencing. Configurable GPIO supports IoT integrations.

The S750 is built for vehicles and harsh sites. It runs on a 9-33 VDC input with reverse polarity and transient voltage protection (ISO 7637-2), plus ignition sensing with automatic on and time-delay off. It operates from -20 °C to 60 °C. The aluminum housing is IP30 rated and certified to SAE J1455, EN 61373 rail and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration standards. Calculated MTBF for the S750-C4D is 483,373 hours.

The Essentials plan covers NetCloud Manager device management and software updates for the full 5-year term. Support runs 24x7 on the web, 24 hours on weekdays by phone with emergency response on weekends, and 24x5 by chat. Hardware carries a limited lifetime warranty while the subscription is active. A NetCloud IoT Advanced Plan can be added at any time.
