The Cradlepoint E3000 (TAA-BF05-30005GB-GN) is a metal-chassis enterprise branch router with an embedded 5G low/mid-band modem and 4x4 Wi-Fi 6. It has nine GbE ports, a 2.5 GbE port, a 10 GbE SFP+ port and four 802.3bt PoE ports. It is bundled with a 5-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan as a TAA-compliant SKU for U.S. Federal Government ordering, and suits larger offices, healthcare, financial and retail sites.

The Ericsson Cradlepoint E3000 is built for fixed branch offices, healthcare, financial services and retail locations that need security services at scale. It combines routing, security, PoE switching and Wi-Fi in one metal chassis. This package pairs the 5GB with Wi-Fi hardware configuration with a 5-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan, as a TAA-compliant ordering option for the U.S. Federal Government.

The embedded 5G FR1 modem supports NSA and SA operation, LTE Advanced Pro Category 20 and dual 2FF SIM slots. It reaches peak rates of up to 4.14 Gbps downlink and 660 Mbps uplink, and four external paddle antennas are included. The modem is certified on AT&T, EE, T-Mobile and Verizon, carries FirstNet Trusted, T-Mobile Connecting Heroes and Verizon Frontline Verified certifications, and supports private CBRS networks on Band 48. You can run cellular as the primary WAN or as failover for wired broadband. The MC400 slot adds a second modem, and VRRP pairing with a mirrored router adds hardware redundancy.

For wired connections, the router provides nine GbE RJ45 ports, one 2.5 GbE RJ45 port and one 10 GbE SFP+ port, all LAN/WAN switchable. Four 802.3bt PoE Type 3/4 ports deliver up to 90 W each, from a 140 W total budget. Wi-Fi is dual-band concurrent 4x4 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6 with external antennas and WPA3. Rated performance covers 2 Gbps stateful firewall, 1.5 Gbps IPS and application-aware services, 20 VPN tunnels and 100 typical clients. An RJ45 console port supports local access.
