Overview

The Cradlepoint E300 (BF03-03005GB-GN) is a compact all-in-one 5G router for pop-up sites, small branches, stores and clinics. It combines an embedded 5G FR1 NSA/SA modem with LTE Cat 20 fallback with dual-band 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 and five GbE ports plus a 10GbE SFP+. Rated firewall throughput is 940 Mbps. This package includes a 3-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan for the U.S. and Canada.

The Cradlepoint E300 is built for sites that need enterprise networking in a small footprint: pop-up and temporary locations, branches, stores and clinics. This SKU, BF03-03005GB-GN, pairs the E300 with the embedded 5G modem and Wi-Fi with a 3-year NetCloud Enterprise Branch Essentials plan for the U.S. and Canada. Routing, security and Wi-Fi are built in, so a site can go live on 5G from day one or run 5G as failover behind wired broadband.

The 5GB modem supports 5G FR1 in NSA and SA modes and LTE Advanced Pro Category 20, with dual 2FF SIM slots. It delivers peak rates of up to 4.14 Gbps downlink and 660 Mbps uplink, and four external 600 MHz to 6 GHz paddle antennas are included. The modem holds AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon operator certifications, plus FirstNet Trusted, T-Mobile Connecting Heroes and Verizon Frontline. It also supports private cellular on CBRS Band 48. An MC400 modular modem slot adds a second cellular link, and the E300 can act as the controller for Ericsson Cradlepoint 5G Wideband Adapters.

Wired connectivity includes 5 x GbE RJ45 and 1 x 10GbE SFP+, all LAN/WAN switchable. Dual-band 2x2 MU-MIMO Wi-Fi 6 reaches 1,200 Mbps on 5 GHz with WPA3 support. Rated performance is 940 Mbps for both stateful firewall and IPS, 400 Mbps IPsec VPN, 20 concurrent tunnels and 130,000 TCP sessions, sized for about 50 typical clients. The router measures 135 x 270 x 44 mm and weighs 0.86 kg.

For the full three-year term, the Essentials plan covers NetCloud Manager for zero-touch deployment, policy and analytics, plus software updates and 24x7 support. The hardware carries a limited lifetime warranty while the subscription is active. NetCloud Advanced can be added at any time.
