The Fortinet FortiGate Rugged 60G-5G (FGR-60G-5G-BDL-950-36) is a fanless, IP40 industrial next-generation firewall. It has an embedded 5G modem, two Active/Passive SIM slots and redundant 12V to 125V DC power inputs. This bundle pairs the hardware with a 3-year FortiCare Premium and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection subscription. The subscription covers IPS, anti-malware, URL/DNS/video filtering and anti-spam for OT sites, substations, rail and remote industrial networks.

The FortiGate Rugged 60G-5G is Fortinet's ruggedized next-generation firewall for industrial networks and operational technology, where standard office appliances are not built to last. It is fanless and rated IP40 for indoor installation. It operates from -40°F to 167°F (-40°C to 75°C) and mounts on a desktop, DIN rail or wall. It is certified to IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 for the electric power industry and EN 50155 for rolling stock. Power comes from redundant dual 12V to 125V DC inputs.

For sites without dependable wired WAN, an embedded Telit Cinterion FN990A28-HP 5G modem provides cellular connectivity. It has two Active/Passive SIM slots and four external SMA antennas, covers a broad range of 5G NR and LTE bands, and adds passive GPS. The unit is PTCRB, AT&T and T-Mobile certified and FirstNet Capable on 5G. Wired connections include: - Six GE RJ45 LAN/WAN interfaces, including a bypass pair between PORT1 and PORT2 - Two SFP slots - RJ45 serial and console ports - USB-A 2.0 and a MicroSD slot - Digital I/O and a Trusted Platform Module

Fortinet's FortiSP5 secure processor and FortiOS deliver up to 8 Gbps firewall throughput and 7.1 Gbps IPsec VPN. In enterprise-mix testing it reaches 2.25 Gbps IPS, 1.25 Gbps NGFW and 1.1 Gbps Threat Protection throughput. Secure SD-WAN is built in, and the unit manages up to 24 FortiSwitches and 96 FortiAPs across 10 virtual domains.

This SKU includes a 3-year (36-month) FortiCare Premium and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection term, a practical fit for multi-year OT deployments. Services cover: - IPS with malicious and botnet URL blocking - Anti-malware protection with FortiGate Cloud Sandbox and Content Disarm and Reconstruct - URL, DNS and video filtering - Anti-spam
