This SKU (FGR-70G-5G-BDL-950-36) bundles the FortiGate Rugged 70G-5G with a 3-year (36-month) FortiCare Premium and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP) subscription. The appliance is a fanless, DIN-rail next-generation firewall for industrial and OT networks. It has an embedded 5G modem with 2 SIM slots, passive GPS, 6 GE RJ45 ports, 2 SFP slots and redundant 12V to 125V DC inputs. It operates from -40°C to 75°C.

The FortiGate Rugged 70G-5G is Fortinet's industrial next-generation firewall with built-in 5G. It is designed for OT environments where standard office hardware would fail: substations, rail, maritime and remote plant sites. The appliance is a fanless IP40 DIN-rail unit rated from -40°C to 75°C, and it runs FortiOS on the FortiSP5 secure processor. This bundle includes a 3-year (36-month) FortiCare Premium and FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP) term, which suits multi-year deployments.

The embedded Telit Cinterion FN990A28-HP 5G modem provides 2 Active/Passive SIM slots, diversity and MIMO. It supports a wide range of 5G NR and LTE bands, including n41, n71, n77 and B66. It is PTCRB, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon certified, and it is FirstNet Capable (5G). Four external SMA WWAN antennas and one external SMA GPS antenna are included. Wired interfaces include: - 4 GE RJ45 LAN ports and 2 GE RJ45 WAN ports - A PORT1-2 bypass pair - 2 SFP slots - RJ45 serial and console ports, 1 USB-A 2.0 port and a MicroSD slot - Digital I/O, Bluetooth Low Energy and a TPM

The unit is certified to IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 for the electric power industry, EN 50155 for rolling stock, and IEC 60945 with DNV Type Approval for maritime use.
