This package pairs the Ericsson Cradlepoint R1900 ruggedized 5G router with a 6-year NetCloud Mobile Performance Essentials plan (Trade Up package TU-MB06-19005GB-GA). The R1900 is built for police, fire, EMS, transit and field fleets. It combines a 5G NR FR1 and Cat 20 LTE modem with dual SIM slots, 2x2 Wi-Fi 6, four GbE ports, Bluetooth 5.2 and discrete GNSS with dead reckoning, all in an IP64 metal enclosure. The hardware is the 5G with Wi-Fi configuration and ships without an AC power supply or antennas.

The Ericsson Cradlepoint R1900 is a ruggedized 5G networking platform designed for persistent in-vehicle connectivity. This SKU (Getac part number 590GBL001676, Cradlepoint part number TU-MB06-19005GB-GA) is the Cradlepoint Trade Up version of the package. It bundles the R1900 in its 5G with Wi-Fi hardware configuration with a 6-year NetCloud Mobile Performance Essentials plan, and it is offered for all regions. The router ships without an AC power supply or antennas. It runs on 9–36 VDC vehicle power, with ISO 7637-2 transient protection and ignition sensing.

The embedded modem supports 5G NR FR1 in NSA and SA modes, falls back to LTE Advanced Pro Category 20, and offers 4x4 MIMO, dual 4FF SIM slots and peak rates up to 4.14 Gbps down and 660 Mbps up. It also supports CBRS Band 48 private networks. Inside the vehicle, dual-band concurrent 2x2 Wi-Fi 6 delivers up to 1,200 Mbps on 5 GHz. The router adds four LAN/WAN-switchable GbE ports, USB 2.0, RS-232 serial and GPIO. Discrete GNSS across GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and BeiDou, with dead reckoning, feeds AVL systems.

The R1900 is rated IP64, operates from -30 °C to 75 °C and carries E-Mark, SAE J1455, EN 50155, NFPA 130, MIL-STD-810G and Class I Div 2 credentials. It also holds FirstNet Trusted and Verizon Frontline Verified public-safety certifications. The optional RX30-POE accessory adds four 802.3bt PoE ports, and the RX30-MC adds four GbE ports plus a second modem slot.

The Essentials plan covers NetCloud Manager device management and software updates for the full term. It also includes 24x7 support and a limited lifetime warranty while the subscription is active. An Advanced plan can be added at any time for threat management, web filtering, application visibility, location tracking and coverage maps.
